Canapè’s pasta is tasty because it’s made with high quality seeds, grown in the heart of Abruzzo’s National Park and hand processed. Thanks to the small productional amounts, we are able to do it coherently. Our pasta contains 12% of hemp flour that enables a unique flavour and texture. Canapè’s pasta is made via a bronze die procedure and is left 14 hours to dry, according to Abruzzo’s tradition. This process provides porosity and structure to our pasta, allowing it to perfectly absorb sauces and maintain an ideal cooking point.
